Important Note: This return policy outlines procedures for “change of mind” returns or general discrepancies. It does not apply to cases where a machine is found damaged upon delivery. For items damaged during shipping or manufacturing defects, please refer to our dedicated Warranty Page and specific Shipping Policy guidelines regarding immediate inspection and documentation.
 

 
1. Eligibility & Return Period
  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Condition Requirement: The item must be returned in its original, factory-sealed condition to qualify for a refund.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • If your item has shipped: Wait for delivery and then arrange to return the product to our warehouse address provided below.
 
Step 3: Return Shipping Logistics
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for managing and paying for the return shipping.
  • Shipping Arrangement Options: You may choose to handle the return shipping logistics yourself, or you can pay Williams Tractors to arrange the return freight on your behalf using our carriers.
  • Return Fee Deduction: A return fee equal to the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.
 
3. Refunds and Liability
  • Inspection: Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and thoroughly inspected at our warehouse facility.
  • Customer Liability: Customers are financially liable for the item and any potential damage during transit until it is successfully returned and accepted into the custody of Williams Tractors. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
 
4. Specific Exclusions
 
Open or Used Units
  • Opened or used items are generally not eligible for return or refund under this policy.
  • Warranty support may be available for qualifying open/used units if a manufacturing defect is present. Please see our Warranty Policy for details and claim procedures.
 
Paint Damage and Body Panels (Cosmetic Damage)
  • Williams Tractors does not replace or refund body panels due to cosmetic paint damage.
  • We are not responsible for minor paint scratches, scuffs, or chips incurred during the standard shipping and handling process.
