At Williams Tractors, we are committed to ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Please review these terms carefully, as they govern your shipment with Williams Tractors.
 
Deliveries of Heavy Equipment
For deliveries of heavy equipment, such as mini excavators and skid steers, customers are required to have a forklift or suitable unloading equipment available on-site. If appropriate equipment is unavailable, you must inform the shipping company when they call to schedule the final delivery and arrange to pick up your machine at the nearest freight terminal.
 
Shipping Locations and Processing
We proudly ship from our warehouse in Arkansas to destinations within the United States and Canada (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). All orders are processed the next business day.
  • United States Shipping Time (Free Shipping): Typically 7–15 business days.
 
Shipping Carriers:
  • Large Machines: Shipped via T-Force carriers.
  • Small Items: Shipped via FedEx or UPS.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing the carrier details and a tracking number.
 
Tracking Your Order
To monitor your delivery progress, simply click on the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to access the carrier’s tracking page.

Damage or Loss During Shipping
If damage occurs during shipping, you must follow these critical steps immediately:
  1. Inspect the Shipment: Thoroughly inspect the item for any damage before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).
  2. Document Damage on BOL: Note any damage clearly on the Bill of Lading and ensure both you and the driver sign the document. Failure to note damage on the Bill of Lading will release Williams Tractors and its carriers from any liability.
  3. Payment and Claims Process: Full payment for the shipment must be completed before initiating a claim for damages. Damage claims may take time to process, as the carrier requires the original Bill of Lading to begin their investigation.
 
Condition Upon Delivery
 
All Williams Tractors products are inspected and tested prior to shipment. Customers are required to inspect their order upon delivery and notify us within 3 business days of any damage, defect, or discrepancy. Claims made beyond this window will not be considered valid for replacement or refund. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the product is in acceptable condition upon delivery unless documented otherwise.
Williams Tractors is not liable for misuse, normal wear-and-tear, or unauthorized modifications made after delivery.
 
Important Shipping Terms
  1. Carrier Responsibility: Williams Tractors is responsible for booking freight with licensed and insured carriers. Our responsibility begins when the carrier signs the Bill of Lading at the point of pick-up and ends when the delivery is signed for by the recipient.
  2. Personal Belongings: Personal belongings must not be included in or attached to shipments, as carriers will not insure these items. Any fines incurred due to personal items in the shipment will be added to the customer’s balance.
  3. Delivery Scheduling: Delivery times provided are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen delays.
  4. Valid Addresses: We require delivery to legitimate physical addresses only. If your address is new or currently unavailable for commercial delivery, please coordinate to have your delivery made to a known, accessible address.
