Need to cancel your order? We understand that sometimes plans change. Here is our policy and process for canceling orders with Williams Tractors.
1. When Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been marked as “Shipped” and assigned an active tracking number.
If your order has already shipped: It cannot be canceled mid-transit in the traditional sense. You will need to process a return once it is in the shipping network. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for instructions on how to initiate a return.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation. Because we process orders quickly, speed is essential.

If you ordered online: Please call us at the number above to stop the shipment if possible.
If you ordered through a salesperson: Please contact your salesperson directly for assistance.
3. Policy for Rerouting Shipped Orders
If your item is already on its way and has an active tracking number, we can attempt to have the item rerouted back to our facility before it reaches you.
- Process: We will contact the carrier to have the item returned to sender.
- Refund: A refund will be issued once the item has physically arrived back in our custody and has been inspected.
- Restock Fee: Please note, there will be a 15% restocking fee subtracted from your total refund amount to cover return freight and processing costs.
4. Refusing Delivery at the Door
If the local courier has contacted you and you have already set a delivery appointment for drop off, but you decide to cancel last minute:
- Refuse the delivery when the driver arrives.
- Mark the shipment as “Return to Sender” on the Bill of Lading.
Once the item has transited back to our warehouse and is received by our team, we will issue your return minus a 15% restocking fee.
