How to Track Your Shipment
Option A: Use Your Tracking Link
The easiest way to track your order is to use the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or text message, sent on the day your order shipped out from our warehouse.
Clicking this link will take you directly to the carrier’s tracking portal where you can monitor delivery updates.
Option B: Track LTL Freight Orders Manually
If your order is a large item shipped via LTL freight (such as a mini excavator, mini skid steer, or large attachment), you can track it directly using the carrier portal:
- T-Force Portal: Use your tracking number to track via the T-Force Freight website.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Orders usually take between 7 to 15 business days to arrive after leaving our warehouse. This timeframe may vary based on your location and the size of the item shipped.
When to Contact Us About Tracking Updates
We understand you are eager to receive your order. Please refer to the following guidelines before contacting our team:
If Your Tracking Link Isn’t Working or Has No Updates:
- Wait 48 hours: It can take up to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to register the tracking number and provide the initial updates.
- If it’s been more than 48 hours: Please contact us immediately at +1 (916) 905-6390. We would be happy to contact the carrier directly to determine the whereabouts of your order.
If Your Order Has Not Arrived:
- If your order has not arrived, or if you have not been contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment 10 days after your item left our warehouse, please contact our customer success team immediately:
