At Williams Tractors, we strive to make the warranty claim process as simple and efficient as possible. This policy outlines the coverage for AGT Industrial products purchased directly from www.williamstractors.com.
1. General Warranty Claim Process & Conditions
To initiate a warranty claim, you must adhere to the following procedures:
Photo Documentation Required: To expedite the process, we require clear photo documentation of the issue(s) and the overall condition of the attachment. Photos must be submitted via email to info@williamstractors.com. Claims cannot be processed without this documentation.
No Disassembly: For most products, attempting repairs or disassembling components (e.g., cylinders, motors, brush cutter housings) voids the warranty. You must submit a claim and receive authorization before attempting any repairs.
Shipping Costs Covered by Williams Tractors: Williams Tractors will cover the cost of standard LTL freight and standard ground shipping for approved warranty parts and attachments sent from our warehouse to the dealer or customer.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited services (such as Next Day Air or other premium freight options) are not covered under warranty but may be arranged at the customer’s expense.
Exclusion for Human Error: Damage caused by human error, improper installation, misuse, or neglect is not covered under warranty.
2. Warranty Coverage by Product
All items are covered by a 1-year parts warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise specified below.

Disassembly voids warranty. Bent cylinders not covered. Defective unit must be returned at customer expense.
Breakers
1-year parts warranty.
Disassembly voids warranty. Bent or broken tools are not covered.
Brush Cutters
1-year parts warranty.
Disassembly of blade carrier, housing, or motor voids warranty.
Grapples
1-year parts warranty.
Faulty cylinders covered (do not disassemble). Bent tines or cylinders caused by external forces are not covered.
Hoses/Couplers
Covered if defective at manufacture.
Damage caused by improper routing, tangling, or pinching is not covered. Compatibility is the end user’s responsibility.
Hydraulic Motors
1-year parts warranty.
Disassembly voids warranty. Blown seals are not covered. Motor must be returned for evaluation before replacement.
Stump Grinders
1-year parts and labor warranty.
Disassembly voids warranty. Broken teeth are not covered.
Sheds/Shelters
1-year against manufacturing defects.
Modifications or improper installation voids warranty. Not intended for heavy snow/wind loads.
Other Attachments
1-year warranty.
Against manufacturing defects not listed above.
3. General Exclusions
The following items and conditions are specifically excluded from warranty coverage:
External Forces: Bent tines, bent cylinders, and damage caused by external forces (e.g., weather, impact, improper use).
Normal Wear Items: Blades, teeth, shanks, cutting edges, PTO shafts, and hoses (unless found to be defective at the time of manufacture/delivery).
Modifications: Any product that has been modified or altered in any way.
Discretion: Warranty claims may be declined at Williams Tractors’s discretion based on the evaluation of the damage.
4. Warranty Ownership & Eligibility
Proof of Purchase is Required: The warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from www.williamstractors.com.
Third-Party Purchases: Products purchased through third parties, including auction houses or other resellers even if listed as “new in box” are not covered by this policy and are sold “as is.”
5. Limitation of Liability
Williams Tractors, its employees, affiliates, and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential), including lost profits, revenue, or savings, arising from the use of our products.
